Duties and : • Lead, manage, and hold accountable a team of 7-10 mechanics in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Champion safe work practices. • Ensure high quality standards are upheld. • Effectively communicate by providing direction, assigning jobs, and supporting execution of the shop schedule. • Collaborate with a skilled team to achieve company goals and drive growth. • Utilize knowledge of equipment installation on trucks ranging from light duty pick ups to the largest class 8 vehicle. • Utilize knowledge of automotive wiring and hydraulic systems. • Perform welding tasks as needed. • Technical troubleshooting of an upfit. • Lift and carry items weighing up to 75 lbs. as necessary. • Proficient use of MRP/ERP.
