Job Overview Position Schedule: Full-Time The HNW Client Development Leader will be responsible for the development and execution of key High Net Worth client development and acquisition strategies, enabling advisors to win new business and expand existing business through the extensive resources of our home office and High Net Worth offering. This position plays a critical role in serving as the primary point of contact between financial advisors and the High Net Worth offering, identifying, and tracking business opportunities across the firm's advisors, and supporting them through direct coaching and by mobilizing the support and service model that addresses the clients' needs. This role will be called upon as an expert in the High Net Worth offering, including its underlying products and services, and the various Edward Jones service and support models that are available to advisors to help them serve and win High Net Worth clients. Responsibilities include: Drive HNW Business Development by working closely with Financial Advisors and Market Management, enabling them to build and deepen relationships with High-Net-Worth clients and prospects Lead the generation and management of a business pipeline for High Net Worth service models, with goal to achieving ambitious incremental asset targets Develop, refine, and execute client acquisition and prospecting strategies that generate scalable growth for the High-Net-Worth business Engage with Edward Jones advisors to understand, validate, and uncover client and prospect opportunities, providing coaching and advice on the path forward to achieve client needs and generate incremental business Work collaboratively across HNW service models (including Client Consultation Group, Trust Company and Generations) to mobilize resources and support Create and manage operational processes that document and execute on the pipeline of business opportunities Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage. For more information on the Benefits available to Edward Jones associates, please visit our Read More About Job Overview Skills/Requirements Position Requirements: Bachelors degree required 3-5 years of people leadership preferred 6+ years Wealth Management experience and knowledge, with a deep understanding of the Financial Advisor (including objectives, day-to-day responsibilities, prospecting, and client service). Deep knowledge and subject matter expertise across HNW products and services (i.e., investment advisor platforms, tax efficient portfolio construction/management, private markets, estate/tax planning, generational/family governance, philanthropic products). Project management experience to develop and execute an operational process that optimizes branch experience and client development outcomes.
