The selected candidate will be able tocommunicate effectively (writtenverbal), possess strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated,and be innovative in a fast-paced environment.Location: College Park, MD or Herndon, VAHybridPay: Pay Rate: $55 - $57hr Conversion Salary: $120K-$140K (depending on years of experience and education) Clearance- Top secretTSSC (will be processed for a DOE-Q)Tech Stack: , SQL, JAVA12 month contract to perm1 round of interviews: internal interview (more technical) (Onsite is preferred if not MS teams)Required Qualifications and Skills:• Developing solutions using Microsoft Platforms i.e., JAVA, C#,Oracle.• Strong knowledge of public sector procurement regulations, policies, andprocedures, including government contracting practices, bidding processes, andvendor management• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understandcomplex business requirements and design practical and efficient solutions• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectivelyengage with clients, stakeholders and team members at all levels• Experience leading functional design workshops, conducting requirementsgathering sessions, and delivering presentations and demos to clients andstakeholders• Knowledge of Oracle.• Mentors project staff and provide direction to accomplish project's goals.• Provides staff with technical directions, recommendations, or advice as needed.• Makes presentations to groups and clients as required.• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, InformationTechnology, or related field.• Active TSSCI ClearanceInsight Global, LLC ("Insight Global") is committed to pay transparency and pay equity, andcomplies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding compensation, paytransparency, and pay equity.
