Job Title: Global Implementation LeadProcess Excellence Benefits Delivery Lead Position Location: Purchase, NY or Plano, TxSchedule: Mon-Fri 8-5 ESTCST (Flexibility needed, may need to stay later some days) Please note 9 hours a day45 hours a week)As part of a global IBP planning team that leads the global IBP and DP template to design, implement, sustain, and continuously improve the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Demand Planning (DP) processes, digital products, systems architecture, and capabilities (e.g. training). The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the overall strategy, management, tracking, coordination, and delivery of the process acceleration benefits from IBP program against the targets for all the global markets in which the IBP, DP, and or Forecasting are in the process of or have been implemented. IBP in Fortune 500 companies, includes integrated Sales and Operations Execution (short-term planning), integrated Sales and Operations Planning (mid-term planning).Detailed Role and ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Global Implementation Lead to ensure clear alignment to the strategy and process of managing and supporting the acceleration benefits realized across the global markets where IBP, DP and or Forecasting has been implemented or will be implemented in 2025Demonstrate understanding of the IBP, DP, and Forecasting processes, the benefits levers, and the benefits calculation strategy from the successful adoption of the programCollaborate with Global IBP Value Realization team along with the market benefits acceleration team to develop a detailed action plan on how to use the specific levers with clear measurable objectives and targets to capture themCollaborate closely with PMO Lead and Change and Comms Lead to ensure we manage the adoption and change impacts with the markets effectivelyEnsure a global standard and structured approach to track and maintain the value captured across all markets, working in close collaboration with market benefits acceleration teamProvide guidance to and collaborate with market specific leads to ensure alignment to the approach, objectives, benefits tracking methodologies, and reporting approachServe as an internal consultant, partnering with cross-functional and global teams to drive the adoption and value capture from IBP processDemonstrate clear understanding of the financial and operational best practices and adaptation to each market to ensure market specific considerations are incorporatedDocument and maintain the connectivity benefits across programsDevelop effective tracking and reporting structure to manage the delivery of the acceleration benefits in a clear and effective manner for global, market, sector, and BU ELTPrepare and present progress to the global program leadership team as well as market, sector, and BU specific leadership team where applicableProactively monitor, capture, document, and highlight potential risks to the value realization objectives across the markets and offer solutions to offset any negative impactsIdentify industry best practices and propose their adoption. Channel continuous improvement ideas and help select suitable ones to turn into design projectsQualifications RequirementsExtensive knowledge and or experience with managing, capturing, and tracking financial and operational benefits of multi-market, global programs within Pep (8+ years)Extensive knowledge and experience in planning process, and or IBP (S&OE, S&OP, etc) (8+ years)Extensive knowledge and experience in project management and continuous improvement (8+ years)Management consulting experience focused on identifying and delivering similar projects with global clients (8+ years)Team player, you understand your role, you welcome collaboration, you are flexible, you have a positive attitude, you hold yourself accountable and you commit to the teamExcellent communication, facilitation, organization, conflict resolution, influencing and presentation skills with attention to detailsExcellent strategic thinking skills that enable you to use critical thinking to solve problems and plan for the future to accomplish benefits, overcome obstacles, and address challengesExperience in driving adoption and change management with similar complexity across different markets where business process and appetite for change can vary (5+ years)Experience with stakeholder management, forming and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders by managing their expectations, as well as the desired outcome (5+ years)High level of financial and business acumen is required, including the knowledge and ability to have an E2E holistic perspectiveSelf-starter, you are capable of managing your own agenda within a complex, ambiguous and fast paced environment, which constantly changesComfortable to work in an international, multi-cultural and cross -functional environmentComfortable with process discipline and process adherence, and able to identify and take opportunities to further develop and strengthen a processComputer literate with excellent PowerPoint and Excel skillsNative bilingual proficiency or full professional proficiency in EnglishDemonstrated degree level capability
