We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Professional to join our dynamic team in the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support to the CEO and team, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within the financial services industry.Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to CEO, and other team membersManage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointmentsHandle confidential client information with discretion and professionalismPrepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentationsAssist with client communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondenceMaintain and update client records in accordance with company policiesAssist in the preparation of financial reports and presentationsOrganize and maintain office supplies, and assist with office maintenanceManage office filing system (both digital and physical)Manage office technology platformsEvent planning and coordination for agencyPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:2 yr Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred2+ years of experience in an administrative support role in financial services or related industryAttention to detail and ability to work under pressureProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize effectivelyStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environmentKnowledge of financial terminology and practices is a plusSalary & Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experience plus quarterly performance bonusesSupportive and collaborative work environmentPaid time off and holidaysEmployer sponsored retirement plan with matchPaid Dental and Eyecare Insurance
