Customer Service Representative Our global financial services client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their Wayne, PA team on a contact basis. Hybrid work environment; local candidates only. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative Contacting customers via email and phoneCultivating and maintaining vendor and lessee relationshipsPerforming ACH account maintenanceProcessing fee waiver requests and least documentationCompleting account reconciliation and auditsProcessing insurance cancellation payments and requestsAdjusting grace periods, PO numbers, and due datesPerforming credit reference requestsRequirements of the Customer Service Representative Bachelor's degree preferredFinancial services experience highly preferred 0-2 years customer service and call center experienceFinancial services industry experience required Strong communication skillsMicrosoft Office proficiency Additional Details:Compensation: $24.00-25.00 hr Employment type: contract The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
