This role involves managing operational changes, technical innovations, supplier or brand acquisitions, physical configurations of buildings, and significant process changes. The Program Delivery Manager will also manage and mentor other project managers, taking a hands-on approach to project management. Day to Day Breakdown: 50% People Management 50% Project Management & Stakeholder Management Key Competencies:• Communication Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable with a wide range of communication styles and relationship-building skills. Strong collaboration and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence project stakeholders and leaders.• Technical Capacity: Proficiency with analytical tools and methods for data collection, organization, and deriving actionable insights. Experience in leading software development and implementation. Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.• Business Acumen: Understanding of the general workings of the industry within which the organization functions.• Project Management: Excellent planning and organizing skills. Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline. Strong leadership and change management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.• Leadership: Exceptional work ethic, enthusiasm, and drive to succeed. Demonstrated ability to tactfully influence executives, leaders, and project stakeholders. Ability to assemble and manage cross-functional project teams.
