Job Title: Senior Jira Confluence Administrator📍 Location: 9750 Irvine Blvd., Irvine, CA, 92618📅 Duration : 3 months with possible extension💰Pay Rate: $60 -$65hrJob OverviewWe're looking for a Senior Jira Confluence Administrator to lead and manage Atlassian tools, ensuring seamless business operations and user support.Key Responsibilities✅ Lead tool usage, best practices, and implementation strategies✅ Document technical solutions aligned with enterprise goals✅ Identify and address gaps between current and desired end states✅ Support users and ensure system performance✅ Provide escalation support for technical issues✅ Assist with delivery management and process enforcement✅ Conduct scheduled and on-demand demos & training✅ Collaborate with internal and external teamsQualifications✔ 5+ years of hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Service Desk)✔ Expertise with 3rd party add-ons (Structure, Insight, Zephyr, etc.)✔ Process-driven mindset with experience enabling enterprise processes in JiraConfluence✔ Experience configuring and supporting integrations with development tools✔ Strong knowledge of SDLC, ITIL, and Agile frameworks✔ Understanding of networking terms and tools✔ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment✔ Strong time management and multitasking skills✔ Excellent communication & collaboration skills✔ Bachelor's degree required✔ Prior experience in Atlassian administration
