The Finance & Facilities Manager is a full-time position, responsible for managing the Center's fiscal, statistical, and administrative systems, payroll and benefits, human resources functions for staff, and for providing overall facility management. The salary range is $53,00 - $65,000. Letters of interest & resumes to Adela Gonzalez, SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Fiscal DutiesProcess payroll and enter into financial software, QuickBooks OnlineResponsible for daily maintenance of all phases of the agency's financial accounting, including deposits and expenditures, bank accounts, and allocation of expenses to each specific grant.Research new and work with current vendors for agency needs, ensuring invoices are timely and payments received.Participate and prepare for financial annual reviews and audits.Support the Director of Finance and Administration with the development and monitoring of agency & program budgets. Responsible for financial reports to grantors and other fiscal reports as necessary.Administrative DutiesAct as agency liaison with our PEO, to maintain employee benefits, including insurance coverage and other employee fringe benefits, and track contractual agreements and lease agreements.Working with the Compliance Manager and our PEO portal, ensure annual trainings for staff are scheduled, as well as, looking at new trainings that benefit staff.Act as point person for facility maintenance, working with contractual vendors. Keep the Director of Finance and Administration apprised of any pending major repairs and the status of facility management. Ensure invoices are timely and payments received.Work with the Administrative team on event registration and checkout, troubleshooting before, during and after an event.Assist the agency in implementing a diversity strategy that embraces all individuals and ensures that agency services are accessible to all clients, regardless of gender, race, language, ability, sexual orientation, religion, age, or socio-economic background.Perform all other duties as assigned by the Director of Finance and Administration.With the entire staff, the Finance & Facilities Manager will be responsible for quality service delivery throughout the agency. She will demonstrate a commitment to the mission and philosophy of ZCenter geared towards ending the cycle of violence, helping to eradicate the effects of sexual assault, and empowering survivors by validating their experiences, and helping them to understand their response to the trauma. (See Mission Statement and Philosophy Statement.)QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree and demonstrated training and experience in accounting and business pletions of the agency 40-hour trainingKnowledge of benefits, insurance, and employment regulations.Proficient in QuickBooks Online & Excel, OutlookExcellent organizational skills & detail orientedKnowledge of office procedures.Solid aptitude in figure management and analytical ability.Skills: Accounting & bookkeeping experiencePrevious experience with nonprofit public funding preferred Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new platforms and systems: e.g. Paylocity, Little Green LightVendor managementAbility to accept, understand and relate sensitively to people of varied socio-economic, racial, cultural backgrounds. Time flexibility for some evening or weekend work.
