A&E Project Lead

Job DescriptionResponsibilities and DutiesThe A&E Project Lead will be responsible for acting as the primary point of contact for a subset of our Architectural and MEP Engineering design clients, as well as managing a team of directly-reporting engineers and architecture professionals. A non-exhaustive summary of the responsibilities are as follows:Lead and supervise a team of engineers andor architectural design professionals, including dictating salaries, conducting performance reviews, assigning projects, and providing constructive feedback.Hire and train new and existing staff, as necessary, in efficient architectural design, drafting, construction, code compliance, and other industry-specific requirementsManage a subset of clientele. Act as the primary point of contact for the assigned clients, accepting and delegating projects, proactively managing anticipated completion dates, ensuring completion by project due dates, and submitting a weekly project trackerEnsure quality QAQC prior to submission to clients.
