Source One is a consulting services company and we're currently looking for the following individual to work as a remote consultant to our direct client, a major NJ-based utilities company.This will be a remote role working 30-40 hours a week, but we are looking for candidates local to central NJ, as there will initially be 2-3 weeks of on-site training in South Plainfield, NJ, before becoming a fully remote role.Job Title: Scheduler (Contractor)Pay Rate: $40hr (W-2)The contract duration is initially 12 months with possible extension30-40 hours per week, Mon-FriThis position's primary function is scheduling for the Environmental Projects and Services group of 60+ people (throughout NJ). The candidate must have strong communication skills and display quick problem solving and ability to multitask. The candidate must be knowledgeable with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, and Word) and have data entry experience.Requirements:- 5 years administrativecustomer service experience- Scheduling or dispatching experience- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications- Strong organizational, communication and writing skills- Excellent customer interaction skills to resolve scheduling conflicts- At least a High School diploma is requiredDesired Qualifications:- Previous work experience in utility, construction, or environmental is a big plus- Ability to resolve logistics issues involving scheduling requests- Confidence speaking directly with field personnel, environmental coordinators, and suppliers- Ability to adapt to various responsibilities and work collectively within a team
