Provides a wide range of administrative support to teamSchedules and coordinates meetings, makes appointments and travel arrangements.Coordinates, prepares and edits reports and presentations.Prepares anizes files, performs data entry, and maintains accurate records.Prepares expense reports and process invoices, maintains financial and expense records.Collects and prepares information for management use.Handles confidential information.Greets vendors and visitors. This job might be an outstanding fit for those who:High School degree or GED required.3 plus years of related experience highly preferredIntermediate to Advanced level Microsoft Office software programs. Ariba and Concur a plusMust be able to multitask in a dynamic team environment, with little direction, and be detailed oriented with strong organization skills.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills needed.
