Own the client experience - act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the estate planning and administration process, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and a top-tier experienceLead client meetings with confidence, including document signings, funding discussions, and follow-ups, ensuring clients fully understand their plansManage estate planning, probate, and trust administration cases from start to finish with little to no directionDrafting base, advanced, and estate administration matters using WealthCounsel and internal templatesOwn Deed and LLC drafting, filing, and recording processesFunding client's estate plansPreparing clients' estate planning portfolio bindersCreating diagrams and overviews of clients' estate plansAssisting attorneys with high-net-worth and complex estate planning mattersLead with our Core Values Care + Concern for OthersCommitted to QualityGrowth MindsetKindness, AlwaysBridging the Gap Between Confusion + ClarityAuthenticity Qualifications:3+ years of experience as a paralegal, with a strong emphasis on client relationsProven ability to take ownership of client interactions, meetings and case coordinationEstate Planning, WealthCounsel, and WealthDocx experience are bonusesStrong ability to communicate legal concepts clearly and confidently to clientsCandidates should possess high-level organizational skills, and time-management skillsCandidates who have completed a paralegal professional certification or have advanced paralegal education will receive preferenceMust have strong interpersonal skills and talent for writing and grammarABA-approved paralegal certificate program such as an Associate's degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies, Bachelor's degree desired CultureBenefits: ComprehensiveJob Title: Estate Planning Paralegal Opportunity: Permanent Location: Primarily onsite with some flexibility for hybrid schedule on Fridays Salary: $70-75k
