VP Asset Management

Our client is a leading Real Estate Investment firm who are looking to bring on a VP to their Asset Management team covering Multifamily properties in their SFATL office.About the firm:This firm specializes in real estate investment, focusing on acquisitions and asset management. They identify high-potential properties for acquisition, targeting both opportunistic and value-add opportunities. Their asset management strategy optimizes operational performance and maximizes returns through proactive management, strategic improvements, and efficient leasing. With a diverse portfolio across office, multi-family, and retail sectors, they deliver long-term value for investors.About the role: Apply a proactive, hands-on management strategy to maximize the value of each investment within the assigned portfolio.Work closely with joint venture partners to manage brokers, property managers, constructionproject managers and attorneys to provide clear direction in executing on both the portfolio's strategy and the specific asset's business plete performance reports to investors on a quarterly basis and present results to various constituents.Prepare well-developed and accretive business plans, investment strategies, and proforma projections for each investment to enhance long term value. Review and approve annual budgets, capital projections and leasing projections for each property to ensure business plan objectives are being met.Work with acquisitions officers on potential transactions - from due diligence and underwriting, through closing, providing feedback on underwriting assumptions and capital budgets.
