We are currently growing into a new season of BAS! We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Building Automation Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building automation systems (BAS), experience with the Reliable Controls platform would be favorable, but the right candidate will learn quickly and enjoy the advantages of the Reliable Controls brand as much as we and our customers do!BUILDING AUTOMATION PROGRAMMER Key Responsibilities:Program and configure building automation systems (BAS) to control HVAC, lighting, security, and other integrated building systems.Develop, test, and implement Reliable Controls solutions, including but not limited to, the integration of sensors, controllers, and user interfaces.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues with building automation systems.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field technicians to ensure system designs meet client needs and project specifications.Conduct system commissioning and ensure all installations meet performance standards.Provide ongoing technical support, training, and guidance to internal team members and clients.Perform regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in building automation and control mit to personal and professional improvement.Willingness to accept other tasks assigned as necessary by Director of Controls for the greater good of the Team.Required Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience programming and configuring building automation systems.Proficient in BACnet and other common building automation protocols.Familiarity with HVAC systems and integration within a BAS environment.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to anized, task-oriented, and self-regulating.Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with clients, engineers, and technical teams.
