The business owners remain hands-on, driving the company towards becoming a leader in Cost Management in the USA.About the Role:Our client is seeking a Cost Manager Financial Analyst with strong client-facing skills, a deep understanding of accounting, and expertise in data analysis and visualization. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can collect, manage, and analyze vendor spend data while developing reporting tools to provide insights that inform budgeting decisions and explain budget variances.Key Responsibilities:Vendor invoice, accrual, and forecast reportingPurchase order (PO) data management and analysisCreation and maintenance of financial data visualizations & dashboardsMonthly reporting and cost reconciliationsBudget variance reporting and analysisTracking vendor savings and efficiency improvementsQuality assurancecontrol of project dataAd-hoc cost analysis and reportingKey Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in FacilitiesOperations Management, AccountingFinance, Data Analytics, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Economics, or equivalent2-5 years of experience in Construction Cost Management, FacilitiesOperations Management, Financial Analysis, andor Business Intelligence & AnalyticsAdvanced experience in data collection, management, and visualizationStrong ability to simplify complex data and present it in an intuitive, visually engaging wayExperience within Facilities & Real Estate Operations is highly beneficialExcellent communication skills with the ability to interface with multiple stakeholdersSelf-motivated problem solver with strong attention to detailTechnical Experience (Preferred):Advanced to expert-level experience with Google Sheets and spreadsheet applicationsProficiency in dashboard design & data visualization tools (ideally Looker Studio, Tableau, andor Power BI)Understanding of data structuring for analysis and advanced data queriesformulasHighly proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other productivity toolsWhy Join This Team?This is an exciting opportunity to support a high-profile client in a dynamic environment.
