Accounting ManagerLHH is seeking an Accounting Manager to join a global, multi-billion in revenue manufacturing company. This is an excellent direct hire position in Hackensack, NJ. The role would be hybrid - 3x per week in office.This is a newly created role due to company growth. There is significant flexibility, growth and great benefits in this role.Overview:You have a progressive background in accounting and a solid understanding of GAAP. You will lead the month end close process, be responsible for preparing financial reports, and forecasting the division's business activity.You will perform and assist with all daily, monthly, quarterly and annual accounting functions - including monthyear end closings, annual audit prep, and special projects as assigned. You will assist with managing the annual budget, including forecasting and P&L.You will directly supervise a team of 2-3 employees. The position reports to the Controller (who is awesome).Qualifications:Excellent communication skills and can communicate effectively with all levels of the organization5-10+ years' years of professional experience in accountingfinance departmentSupervisory experience is required.CPA RequiredExperience with IFRS is a plus.Experience with JSOX is a plus.Experience in public accounting is a plusA Bachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceJD Edwards ERP System experience a plusTech savvy with strong working knowledge of MS Office, including demonstrable expertise with ExcelSalary: $115,000 - 125,000Bonus: 10-15% bonus potentialLocation: Hackensack, NJ**On Site 3x per week, 2x remoteBenefits include: Medical, dental, 401K.If this sounds like your skill set, then contact me today for immediate consideration.
