THE CLIENTOur client is a large mobile telecommunication company.STUDIO MANAGER IVProject Description: This company's Sr. Brand Operations Manager takes on a larger workload overseeing communication and project management within the in-house production dept, including partner communication, planningresourcing of projects, creative development, tracking reviews & approvals and deliveryexecution of projects.Manage and guide communications projects within the Brand Operations Team that are developed for internal employees and external customers. End-to-end project management activities include initial planningresourcing, leading kick-off meetings, communicating with the partners, managing timelines, reviewsapprovals and facilitating the deliveryexecution of projects.Build and maintain positive partner relationships with collaboration, negotiation, and consistent open lines of communication.YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Position Requirements: At least 7 years relevant experience required.Ability to work with all levels of internal stakeholders from production artist to VP & do so in a way that calms chaos, inspires confidence, and provides positivity.We are not looking for someone with creative experience. Someone with experience at a creative agency would be ideal. A former account exec would be great. We are looking for someone a little more seasoned. We use Workfront as a Project Mgmt tool. It'd be a bonus if they have experience with that, but not a deal breaker if not. WORK ENVIRONMENT Duration: ASAP to start, to run for 6 months, with chance to extend. Daily Schedule: M-F. 40 hours a week, no OT anticipated.Location: Role is hybrid onsite in Bellevue, WA or Overland Park, KS office. 3 days a week in-office required.
