Technical Program Manager

Title: Technical Program ManagerEstimate End Date: through EOY (long term contract with right to hire)Location: onsite to Westborough or North Reading, MATop 3 requirements:1. Mechanical engineering background2. 2+ years of technical program management experience overseeing engineering teams3. Experience managing hardware design, supply chain, full development effort, material, everything from design to product launch (NPI)4.Must have a Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Mechanical EngineeringProject 1 - client's team needs TPM - launching prototype - depending on how that goes, they'll redesign or retool design for a Beta release by EOY Design is locked - but need PgM to manage day to day for hardware TPM roleLeast formal PgM experience required here, primarily hardware design and redesign experience Project 2 - Has R&D team already established, this program is now transitioning to production programNew Product Initiation programWill need technical program manager - need to implement agile framework around hardware developmentTPM responsible for moving product into alpha phase
