The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for tasks related to customer satisfaction, customer service, lead generation, account management, outbound phone calls, and increasing overall sales revenue.QualificationsInside Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management skillsExperience with outbound phone callsCustomer Satisfaction and Customer Service skillsExperience in sales in the manufacturing industry preferredStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to build and maintain customer relationshipsProven track record of meeting sales targetsBachelor's degree preferred but not requiredKnowledge of manufacturing or construction processes is a plus
