Join the Camp Sewataro team as our Transportation Logistics CoordinatorOffice Associate and help ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations for our campers!What You'll Do:As the Logistics Coordinator, you'll be the point person for all things transportation at camp, including bus routes, car arrivalsdismissals, and walkers. You'll work closely with parents, campers, bus companies, and camp staff to ensure safe and efficient camper transportation.Your key responsibilities include:Pre-Camp Planning:Collaborate with families to confirm transportation methods (bus, carpool, or walking).Assist with office tasks as needed.During Camp:Oversee daily transportation operations, including managing changes, delays, and municate with parents and bus staff to address concerns and optimize routes.Supervise bus monitors and ensure safety procedures are followed.What We're Looking For:Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and customer service abilities.Experience with technology like CampMinder, Google Earth, Google Maps, and MicrosoftGoogle Suites.A calm and flexible attitude in a fast-paced, sometimes hectic environment.Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a positive demeanor.Qualifications:Prior experience in logistics, transportation coordination, or customer service is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other organizational tools.Must be at least 18 years old by the start of camp.Hours and Schedule:Pre-Camp: Flexible hours starting in May (~20 hoursweek).Camp Season: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday (8 weeks).Tuition assistance program: We provide a generous discount on camp tuition for Staff with camper-eligible childrenWhy Join Us?Camp Sewataro is more than just a summer camp"”it's a community where teamwork, problem-solving, and fun come together to create unforgettable experiences.
