You will be responsible for managing production schedules, optimizing workflows, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity.Responsibilities- Develop and implement production strategies to meet business objectives- Manage day-to-day production activities and coordinate with various departments- Monitor production performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline production processes- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunitiesQualifications- Proven experience in operations management and production planning- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization- Familiarity with MRP systems, SAP, or other production management software- Excellent understanding of supply chain management practices- Ability to lead a team effectively and drive operational excellence- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
