Employee recognition is part of our DNA.Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end experience of our clients across our various HCM solutions. You will manage an ongoing book of clients, ensuring their experiences are seamless through both proactive and reactive solutions. By partnering with internal teams, you will ensure client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.Job ResponsibilitiesInput and successfully transmit client payrolls accurately and timely, assisting peers as neededResearch and troubleshoot client issues, providing efficient and timely solutionsEffectively allocate time resources and make necessary adjustments to remain compliant with minimal directionCommunicate ideas, identify areas for process improvement, and document tasks for internalexternal knowledgeBuild and retain client relationships, consistently exceeding expectationsMaintain client data accurately and proactively notify management of potential risksAdapt to frequent change and advocate for change within the organizationAnalyze data, identify trends, and ensure timely reportingEmbrace teamwork and regularly provide actionable feedback across internal teamsHandle stressful situations calmly and objectivelyQualificationsDetail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of high-accuracy performanceBasic knowledge of payroll, payroll taxes, and payroll tax returnsExceptional service orientation towards clients, both internal and externalExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenDesire to get things done right the first time and collaboratively solve issuesTrack record of integrity, dependability, and professionalismEducation RequirementsBachelor's Degree in a field related to accounting; or equivalent work experience with a third-party payroll provider andor training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceBenefits401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insuranceLife insurancePaid time offPaid trainingBegin pay range is $20hr.Additional NotesThis is a hybrid remote position, requiring 100% onsite presence during trainingCommitment to completing work by given deadlines, which may include off-hours work during peak times such as quarter-end, year-end, open enrollment periods, and peak onboarding months
