Looking to work for a leading automation business offering unique solutions to multiple industries?Open to learning new things and developing high-performance products that are ever-improving?Do you want to be at the forefront of engineering in a business always looking for ways to improve its products & offering to customers?We're looking for a Senior Controls Engineer who enjoys working in a team to work on industrial automation projects from concept to manufacturing.What you'll do:Design control systems using AutoCAD, including power distribution, PLC configurations, panels, pneumatics, hydraulics, and instrumentation.Develop tailored software solutions for projects.Manage budgets and schedules in collaboration with Project Manager.Provide solutions during project construction.Mentor junior Controls Engineers.Create project schedules.Debug software and ensure production readiness.Assist in project installation.What you'll need:PLC expertise, including Allen Bradley models (CompactLogix, ControlLogix, SLC 500, etc.), Siemens 416.HMI proficiency, such as; Allen Bradley Panelview, Panelview Plus, Siemens TP, and OP Series.Knowledge of communication protocols (Ethernet IP, ControlNet, Profibus, etc.).Familiarity with Variable Frequency DrivesRobotics skills & understanding of Linear Actuators
