We are currently searching for a Project Coordinator Client Services for our client located in Waukegan, IL.Our Food Packaging Division integrates primary filling with secondary packaging we are proudly one of the largest privately owned co-packers in the bar and snack industry. Dedicated to the success of our customers, brands crush growth and margin objectives with our manual, semi-automated, highly automated custom robotic and intellifeed equipment for ultimate flexibility. With over 550,000 square feet of re-pack (closed food) space and over 25 production lines, we leverage automation to reduce food packaging costs.Position Responsibilities:Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals, timelines, and expectations.Project Management Support: Assist in the planning and execution of client projects from inception to completion, coordinating tasks, resources, and schedules.Timeline Management: Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.Resource Allocation: Coordinate resources, including personnel, materials, and tools, to meet project requirements.Client Reporting: Provide regular project updates to clients, addressing any concerns or changes in scope.Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle and find effective solutions.Documentation: Maintain thorough records of project documentation, including contracts, meeting notes, project plans, and timelines.Product Recalls: Serve as recall lead and assist Quality Manager or their designee on all ventory: Maintain proper inventory levels within warehouses.Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of planning experience in a manufacturing environment required.College Degree andor equivalent related experience.Understanding of ERP planning and purchasingPC literacy- experience using MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook; SAP and Navision experience a plusExcellent organizational and communication skills-able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities with a variety of changing situationsAble to work independently and in a group environment
