Our client, a well-established construction company, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join their team. This is a newly created role, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's success by streamlining administrative processes and ensuring smooth daily operations. This is a full-time opportunity in the Fox Valley Area. Responsibilities:Oversee office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.Manage financial records, invoices, and transactions using QuickBooks Online.Provide administrative support, including scheduling, document management, and correspondence.Assist with vendor coordination, project documentation, and compliance tracking.Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and communication.Maintain a welcoming and professional office environment.Qualifications3+ years of experience with QuickBooks Online (mandatory).Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Previous experience in office administration.Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PMSalary: $50,000-60,000 annuallyApply today!The Wellington Group, Inc. offers the American Worker Basic Health Care Coverage (MEC plan.)
