Our client is seeking an experienced Financial Planning Specialist to play a key role in supporting financial advisors by delivering sophisticated financial plans and strategic recommendations for high-net-worth clients. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in wealth management who is looking to deepen their impact within a highly collaborative and growing firm.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and refine comprehensive financial plans, integrating investment management, tax strategies, estate planning, and insurance solutionsServe as a technical resource for advisors, providing insights on complex planning scenariosAnalyze financial data and run projections to support client recommendationsLead client onboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions and accurate financial data collectionCollaborate with external partners (CPAs, attorneys, and other specialists) to ensure holistic planning strategiesStay current on financial regulations, market trends, and best practices to enhance client offeringsProvide mentorship and training to junior team members as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field4-7+ years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or investment advisory servicesCFP® designation strongly preferred (or in progress)Proficiency in financial planning software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro)Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and model financial scenariosExcellent communication skills to interact with advisors, clients, and internal teamsHigh attention to detail and commitment to client serviceCompensation$90,000 - $120,000 base salary + individual & company performance bonus
