We are a family owned and operated small business looking for self driven individuals who put customers first.SummaryThis is a full-time on-site role for our service and parts store in San Fernando, Ca. This role includes customer service, inventory management, and sales for this location. The store Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to customer service, communication, store management, sales, employee oversight, inventory, and loss prevention. The store manager will also handle all sales from this location. This includes parts sales, and new machines. He will seek to build relationships and drive a positive customer experience as well as increase sales. He will also work with the mechanic to ensure machines are fixed correctly and in a proficient manner. Experience fixing and operating concrete pumps or heavy equipment encouraged but not required.RequirementsEnsure store is open and managed during normal business hoursEnsure customers machines are repaired promptly and correctlyEstablish and maintain good communication with the customerMaintain inventory levelsengage with customers to drive salesmaintain clean and orderly store.provide training and leadership to other employeespromote a positive work environmentdevelop grow targets and plan to reach targets.resolve customer complaints, disputes as crease store revenue to align with business goals.hire and train new employees as necessary.
