Key Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations related to project due diligence, feasibility assessments, and planning, ensuring adherence to established budgets, schedules, and entitlements. Support and align efforts with the Area management team's programs.Lead and delegate due diligence tasks across designated business units or regions, ensuring thorough risk assessments and the formulation of feasibility budgets and timelines for consulting and engineering efforts.Collaborate closely with Division VPs and the Operations Team to streamline project initiation, ensuring projects begin on schedule and within scope.Facilitate communication and coordination with local government officials, consultants, legal counsel, and land development teams, ensuring all necessary approvals and documentation are in place.Manage and coordinate essential reports and documents such as Environmental Site Assessments (ESA), Soil Reports, Easement Acquisitions, Surveys, Title Reviews, Rezoning, Platting, Engineering Plan Reviews, and CLOMRLOMR procedures.Ensure compliance with vital project documentation, including Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP), Notices of Intent (NOI), Notices of Termination (NOT), and other relevant permits.Review and analyze Purchase Agreements to identify entitlement points and monitor compliance with all terms. Assist with the coordination of joint venture or joint development agreements as necessary.Recruit, train, and develop team members while fostering a motivated and productive environment. Evaluate staff performance and provide ongoing support for professional growth.
