Cyber Security Analyst

Flybridge Staffing is currently searching for a Cybersecurity and Encryption Analyst to join a growing client in the Long Island NY area. This permanent position will work 90% remotely with occasional office visits in Calverton to the office needed. (1 time per week or bi-weekly)*NO H1B or 3rd party agencies.The Cybersecurity & Encryption Analyst will be a key contributor to the expansion and maturity of our Cybersecurity posture throughout the enterprise. This role will enable the continued success in meeting all financial services and payments industry security standards such as PCI and SOC-1 compliance requirements through the implementation of sound policies, procedures, and tools needed to secure our customers and company's information.Responsibilities:Manage the key encryption lifecycle for all HSM's in use within the enterpriseManage the corporate key encryption management system (KSM) including documenting activities and procedures needed for PCI compliance reviewsCoordinate participation and oversee all key encryption activities ranging from new KEK generation through KEK renewalsManage secure key exchanges between our organization and other third-party partners (i.e., card brands, other processors, etc.)Assist with the development and maintenance of information security policies and proceduresAssist with organizational security goals and meeting industry standards such as PCI and SOC-1Assist with configuration and operational maintenance of security infrastructureRespond to security-related tickets escalated from various departments and work collaboratively across multiple teams to communicate and manage expectations during the resolutionMonitor, analyze, and respond to SEIM alerts from monitoring tools and third-party vendorsAssist with cybersecurity department initiatives, audits, and projects.Experience:BA or BS degree and 4-6+ years of experience in routing, firewalls, Intrusion detection systems (IDSIPS) and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) technologies.Experience with testing methods and analysis of results using automated tools or custom tools to evaluate network and security infrastructure.Deep understanding of industry leading security platforms (e.g. firewalls, IDSIPS, anti-virus, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, etc.) Experience with Thales HSM and CypherTrust Encryption is highly desired.Knowledge of FutureX Guardian products is highly desired.Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux and virtualization technologies.Knowledge of network management protocols, and other cloud technologies.Knowledge of vulnerability and threat management solutions.Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or Information Systems Security Engineering Professional (ISSEP) certifications are preferred.If your background aligns with the above details and you would like to learn more, please send your resume to or on our website, and one of our recruiters will be in touch with you ASAP.Follow us on LinkedIn to keep up with all our latest job openings and referral programs!
