This pivotal role will oversee the sales team and sales operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our sales strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of large ticket B2C sales, (bonus points if in agriculture) along with account management, and excellent customer service. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, supporting the team and their learning, growth and development and enhancing our overall sales performance. Responsibilites:-Lead and manage the non-commissioned sales team to achieve organizational goals-Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company objectives-Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement-Manage account relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention-Provide training and support to the sales team on best practices and tools, increase "learning velocity" of the entire team-Coach and mentor teammates on their level to improve and growQualifications:-Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate and guide a great team-10 years of experience in a sales manager of at least 5 people, preferably in a larger ticket B2C or Agriculture sales department-Demonstrated dedication to educationreading for inspiring new ideas on sales strategies, leadership and coaching-Understanding of non-commissioned environmentsRPS Solar Pumps | America's #1 Solar Well Pumps-Excellent analytical skills to assess data and make informed decisions-Proficiency in customer service principles and practices-Experience in account management with a focus on building long-term relationships.-Past work collaborating with marketing and customer service teams-Strong communication skills, both verbal and SlackWhat we offer:Our benefits include 401k with Company match, Health Care, Paid Holidays and PTO, Sick leave, Pet Insurance, Off-grid and Volunteer PTO days, and much more including random lunch gatherings, food & karaoke!
