Construction Superintendent - Ground Up Commercial

The company is known for delivering high-quality and exceptional commercial projects around the region.They are currently seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join their team in Austin, Texas.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operations on commercial construction projects, ensuring that each project is completed safely, on time, and within budget.Manage subcontractors, ensuring quality control, and maintaining clear communication across all project stakeholders.Manage and coordinate subcontractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.Conduct regular site inspections and maintain detailed project reports, identifying potential issues and proactively addressing them.Monitor project progress, reviewing schedules, and adjusting keep the project on track.Ensure the work site is organized, safe, and compliant with all local and federal municate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Review and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.Resolve on-site issues and challenges in a timely and efficient manner to minimize project delays.Prepare and review construction documentation, including daily logs, safety reports, and progress updates.Requirements:A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent with a General Contractor background.Proven experience managing ground up commercial construction projects , valued from $20 million or -depth knowledge of construction processes, methods, and best practices.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and project specifications.A strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.Proficiency in project management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification and other relevant industry certifications.A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus.What we Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package- $120k - $140k + Bonus + Car Allowance + Health + 401k A collaborative, team-oriented work environment.Opportunities for career advancement within a growing company.
