We are a construction company looking to add a Warranty Manager to our team.Position Summary: The Warranty Manager drives a customer service focused work environment through effective communication, leadership, and technical expertise in construction. They manage warranty processes, lead cross-functional coordination with Project Managers and subcontractors, and maintain strong relationships.Responsibilities:Stay up to date with company processes, training programs, and software, and train team members on warranty processes.Maintain regular communication with leadership, PMs, and clients to stay informed on business developments and customer needs.Manage warranty claims, ensuring prompt communication with customers and trade partners, and validate claims within warranty scope and timeframe.Coordinate corrective work with trade partners, track completion, and handle cost accounting for out-of-warranty work.Maintain schedules and processes for 1-year punch list requirements, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, collaborating with HR to ensure team success.Build strong relationships with trade partners, holding them accountable for quality work.Promote a safety culture and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.Ensure effective use of technology by collaborating with the Technology Team for proper implementation and municate proactively with clients, building trust through reliable, high-quality service, and resolve any issues promptly.Position Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or similar. Experience may be considered in lieu of exceptional, relevant experience in the industry.Experience with Construction Management software and Microsoft products.
