This person will play a key role in managing and executing Corporate Real Estate projects for the Global Real Estate team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in construction management and design. They will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of real estate projects and organizing the design team. They will manage project teams, contractors, and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget. The types of projects will center around Technology Upgrades, Building Decommissioning, Interior Restacks, and ImprovementEnhancement projects. This person will support the OperationalExecutional side of large-scale Corporate Real Estate Projects. The Real Estate Project Manager will oversee the Northeast region and must have the ability and willingness to travel as needed. This is a hybrid position and the candidate will also be expected to manage projects remotely.
