Position Description:Constraint Management, Factory Information System and IIOT Monitoring Implementation, Act as liaison with Controls group to coordinate all controls and FIS updatesCoordinate and manage updates to FIS extended properties for New Model ProgramsEnsure FIS is aligned with each plant's simulation model.Global FIS planning & costing support and coaching for other regionsReview and approve ACRs for FIS ApplicationsReview and approve all FIS pilots (reports, versions, etc.)Lead quarterly FIS reviews with N.A. Plant ME Managers and FIS Administrators to share Specification changes, FISStrategies, and collect plant feedbackContribute and support the L2, L3, & FIS Strategy & Governance Meetings to provide assessment, needs, and wants for Final Assembly EngineeringSkills Required:Constraint ManagementSupport all Executive Constraint Management MeetingsDirector of Manufacturing (DOM) Constraint Management ReviewsPOP Committee o Roll-out new versions to DOMs and Plant PersonnelAssist plants with developing & interpreting Executive Throughput PackagesReview plant Executive Throughput Packages during bi-weekly FAE Constraint Review Constraint #1 Action Matrix Constraint #2 Action Matrix Any Significant FAE IssuesLossesDevelop and maintain the Executive Throughput Package Pro Forma, including all Single Point Lessons and attachmentsMaintain & update Productivity Operating Process Constraint Management web based training for FAE.Maintain Productivity Operating Process SharePoint website for Final Assembly documentation.Experience Required:3 years of experience in Constraint Management and Factory Information Systems.Education Required:Bachelor of Science in Engineering, or Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.Fully Onsite. Travel - Both, local and out of state, combined 70%.
