Our company is committed to operating with honesty, integrity and high standards of excellence when serving our customers, employees, vendors and the communities in which we live and operate. This commitment to people is our foundation for success. Our Outside Sales Representative will have a passion for providing excellent service in assisting customers with their purchase options for remodeling projects, additions and new construction jobs.JOB DESCRIPTION:· Establish and build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction· Work closely with our Inside Sales Team to assist customers with product options· Effective problem solving-skills and the ability to think on your feet· Treating all employees, vendors and customers with dignity, respect, and courtesy· Become efficient with our customer-focused ERP system· Self-motivated: Able to meet or exceed established salesrevenue goals· Organize purchase and schedule delivery of Special Order ItemsQUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:· Sales experience is preferred· Industry experience is required· Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills· Maintain a strong positive attitude· Take pride in being a part of a customer-focused team· Detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities· Proficient in Microsoft Office· Drivers License with a clean record
