Our client that provides technological services is adding to their Facilities team. The right candidates for this role will have prior experience working within facilities or office services. You can juggle multiple deadlines, take pride in ensuring the office is presentable and has all the supplies needed to have a successful operation. This is an onsite position in Irvine, CA. The hours will be 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with the need to come in early, stay late or cover weekends with advanced notice. This position will pay between $ 28.15 to $ 31.25 per hour depending on experience. This is a temporary role lasting through mid-JulyResponsibilities:Assist with meeting room set up and clean up ensuring tables and chairs are clean and operational.Coordinate with IT team AV operations.Stock and replenish coffee, coffee supplies, snacks, and other kitchen items.Keep an active inventory ordering replenishment of supplies on a as needed basis.Convey to property management, building maintenance concerns via written ticket submittal (landlord website) and verbal direction.Manage and oversee building janitorial services and report to building management and team any concerns or short falls.Professionally escort vendors in suite and report back via written confirmation to team.Ability to assemble small items.Assist all departments with event set up break down clean up.Maintain an organized storage room.Support the Security Team for lunch breaks and as required.Responsible for key management for file cabinets private offices storage and supply areas.Assist with incoming and outgoing mail duties and processes.Required Qualifications:Prior experience working in office services or facilities role.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Bilingual a plus.Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel skills.Flexible to work early mornings, late or weekends as needed with advanced notification.Ability to lift and carry boxes packages up to 40lbs.If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.The Solomon Page DistinctionSolomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
