This role requires deep technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for automation excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, program, and implement PLC, HMI, and automation systems.Configure, test, and deploy automation software for various industrial applications.Develop and maintain automation software standards and best practices.Collaborate with engineers and technical teams to optimize system performance.Assist in project execution, ensuring technical deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.Work closely with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure satisfaction.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.Research and evaluate new technologies to enhance automation capabilities.What We're Looking ForExtensive experience in automation engineering within Oil & Gas, Energy, or Industrial Power.Strong expertise in PLC programming, HMI development, and process automation.Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex automation challenges.Experience in project execution, working closely with cross-functional teams.Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams.This is a high-impact role where you will play a critical part in shaping automation solutions for a sustainable and evolving energy landscape.
