Asphalt Paving Estimator

We are looking for a Heavy Civil Construction Estimator with expertise in asphalt and concrete paving projects. This role is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and supporting business development efforts.Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed estimates for asphalt and concrete paving projects.Analyze project specifications, drawings, and bid documents.Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure accurate pricing.Develop competitive proposals and assist in contract negotiations.Identify cost-saving opportunities and risk factors in estimates.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in heavy civil estimating, specializing in paving.Strong knowledge of asphalt, concrete, grading, and DOT specifications.Proficiency in estimating software (HCSS, HeavyBid, or similar).Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
