Job Title: Business Development ContractorLocation:1 position in Weston, FL1 position in Lowell, MASchedule:Hybrid schedule: In-office presence required 2 days a week (choose any 2 days from Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday).About the Role:Lead Reassignment: Quickly reassign leads that aren't automatically matched by our internal lead-matching system.Account Research: Conduct in-depth research using tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other online sources.CRM Management: Regularly verify contact information and maintain accurate account records in .Lead Generation: Identify new contacts, verify them, and add them into for further engagement.Outbound Prospecting: Use your strong prospecting skills to generate new revenue opportunities through outbound calls and lead generation efforts.Sales Team Collaboration: Partner with the Field Sales team to promote UKG's business initiatives, helping prospects and customers understand our products and bound Lead Management: Handle inbound sales inquiries, qualify the leads, and route them to the appropriate Sales and BDR teams.Lead Qualification: Provide qualified lead data to the Field Sales team to assist in advancing accounts and accelerating the sales pipeline.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Demonstrated experience in Marketing and Business Development roles.Familiarity with external sales tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.1+ years of relevant experience.Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of the enterprise software industry, particularly HCM (Human Capital Management) or Workforce Management.Experience with CRM tools such as .
