Job Title: Structural CoordinatorLocation: Delta, UTEmployment: DirectLong TermProject: Facility Building and Electrical EquipmentPrimary Function:We are seeking a Structural Coordinator to oversee and manage all aspects of facility building construction, including House Utility Electrical Equipment, Support Systems, Switchgear, and office and maintenance spaces. The ideal candidate will ensure the project adheres to specifications, schedules, and budgets while maintaining a strong focus on safety. The role will work closely with the Site Construction Manager and other site supervisorscoordinators to ensure the building construction is executed in a safe manner and meets project goals.Responsibilities:Manage and supervise subcontractors throughout the entire construction process.Coordinate and monitor work by subcontractors, ensuring compliance with civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical requirements.Work with discipline supervisors to ensure that subcontractors meet project specifications, budgets, and schedules.Monitor project costs, ensuring budgets are maintained and changes in work are documented and managed effectively.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.Provide progress updates and reporting to the Site Construction Manager and Project Manager.Conduct site coordination meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and addressing any challenges promptly.Ensure all work complies with building codes and regulations.Coordinate efforts across the entire project, including with the Owner, engineers, subcontractors, QAQC, and Safety teams.Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to keep the project on track.Assist subcontractors with scope development, questions, and issue resolution.Oversee project closeout to ensure timely completion.Requirements:5+ years of experience managing building trades for the construction of large commercial and industrial buildings, with leadership experience in an EPC environment.10-15 years of industrial building trades construction experience, with a strong track record on complex projects.Experience in high voltage electrical facilities and associated subsystems is preferred but not required.Strong knowledge of building construction (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing), craft agreements, and safety protocols.Experience with project controls, scheduling, and reporting.Familiarity with building codes, mechanical codes, electrical codes, plumbing codes, and building permits.Strong leadership, team-building, and management skills.Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills (both written and verbal).Legally authorized to work in the United pensationBenefits:Salary: $150k - $165kComprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans with matching, and generous paid time off.If you are a highly skilled construction professional with experience in managing large industrial projects and are looking for a rewarding opportunity with a dynamic team, apply today!
