BURKE + CO.GIST:Our client, an established real estate development firm, seeks a highly-resourceful Records Administrator to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining easy access to important documents for the entire firm. This is an amazing opportunity to join a warm, kind team at an expanding company!THE NITTY GRITTY:Organize and maintain all physical and digital records via SharePointWork closely with department heads and across all divisions to ensure that all necessary documents are accurately stored and easily accessibleEfficiently retrieve documents as needed for staff and clients while ensuring privacy and confidentialityDevelop and implement systems for organizing and storing records in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirementsAudit Division electronic records to ensure records management policy is being followedProduce reports to Risk Director of issues and steps taken to rectify issuesEnsure all information is accurately entered into the records management system and regularly updatedStay up-to-date with local, state, and federal regulations regarding records retention and ensure compliance with all relevant legal and industry standardsOversee the archiving of inactive or expired documents and the secure disposal of records when appropriateAssist in the preparation of reports related to document status, retention, and retrieval activities.Provide training to other team members on the proper handling, storing, and management of records and documents.Take on special projects and other ad hoc tasks as neededTHE ESSENTIALS:5+ years of experience in document control or electronic records managementExperience using Microsoft SharePoint for document management requiredExperience with engineering documents & contracts a plus but not requiredPhysical ability to lift up to 50lb. and retrieve boxes from storage facilitiesReliable form of transportation and valid driver's licenses requiredMust be ok with quarterly domestic travel to satellite officesAbility to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalismSuperb organizational skillsResourceful nature with a propensity to problem solveAbility to interact confidentiality within all level of an organizationTHE CHERRY ON TOP:Join a warm, generous team & culture!Established company that is continuing to grow & expandLOCATION: San Ramon, CA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)COMPENSATION: $80k-90k base salary + benefits + bonus (exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)What are you waiting for?
