They are exclusive distributors of 20 prominent Latin brands exclusively in Georgia and some states of the American Union, managing three types of product distribution: DSD, presale, and wholesale.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager located in Norcross, GA. The position is "hybrid" because it requires visiting the clients, accompanying the sales team on routes, and in-office administrative tasks. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.QualificationsSales Management and Leadership skillsStrong communication and negotiation skillsExperience in developing and implementing sales strategiesCustomer Relationship Management skillsAbility to analyze sales data and trendsExperience in the distribution or FMCG industry is a plusExperience with the sale of candy, snacks, and grocery products.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fieldBilingual (English and Spanish)
