Our client, a boutique wealth management firm, is seeking a dynamic Financial AssociateRelationship Manager to join their team. This individual will work through the leads in the current CRM, providing top-notch service and financial advice to clients. The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging with clients, discussing financial plans, asking for referrals, and identifying additional opportunities for growth within the existing book of business.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with clients from the firm's CRM, offering personalized financial planning and advisory servicesDevelop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their financial needs are metDiligently follow up with clients in the existing book, addressing needs and ensuring regular communicationConfidently ask for referrals and leverage existing relationships to expand the client baseCollaborate with clients to create and adjust comprehensive financial plansProvide education and guidance to clients on financial strategies and productsStay current on industry trends, regulations, and investment opportunitiesMonitor client accounts and ensure appropriate recommendations are madeQualificationsProven experience as a Financial Advisor or client-facing AssociateSeries 7 license required within the first yearStrong knowledge of financial planning, investment strategies, and retirement planningExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain strong client relationshipsSales-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities within the book of businessComfort working with CRM software to manage and track client relationships
