Shop employees and mechanics are responsible for maintaining our fleet of equipment which includes passenger trucks and heavy equipment.perform regular and preventative maintenance on vehicles and equipmentadhere to inspection procedures and checklistsmaintain detailed service records, daily work logs, work orders, and repair requestshelp maintain parts inventoryhelp ensure cleanliness of the shopreplace engines, steering mechanisms, transmissions, braking, and hydraulic systemsrun diagnositc tests and analyze results to determine functionality problemsassemble mechanical components according to specificationsoffer consultation on maintenance and preventative procedures to usersdesign plan of action for all assigned maintenance and repair tasksHourly rate to be discussed during interview.Benefits include Sick Pay after 30 days, Paid Vacation after 2 months, 95% paid health insurance, 85% paid dental, basic life insurance provided by the Company, and other ancillary benefit options after 30 days. 401k also available after 3 months and Profit Sharing Program paid out twice a year!
