Benelux Tek Group Inc. (Aerospace Division) is currently seeking highly skilled certified Quality Control Inspector one of its clients in Everett, Seattle, Washington. Our client 52 years of success is the result of our employees who have dedicated themselves to providing unmatched quality, service and safety in aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul.Position Title: Quality Control InspectorLocation: Everett, Seattle, WashingtonContract Type: Full Time - 12 Months (Leading to Permanent Position)Pay Rate: Negotiable (Experience & Qualification Dependant)Job Overview: The ideal candidates must have extensive knowledge of all Boeing systems. Familiarity with General Familiarization (Gen Fam) is a plus. A strong understanding of flight controls and systems is required, along with expertise in heavy maintenance from an MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) environment. Ensure all maintenance actions, including documentation, are carried out in accordance with approved data in an airworthy manner. Additionally, responsible for preliminary, routine and in-process inspections on aircraft andor components to determine serviceability and airworthiness.Job Responsibilities:Accomplish incoming preliminary inspections on aircraftcomponents in accordance with customer request cards or manufacturer's manuals.Ensure documentation of maintenance performed is as required by FAR's, Client's Repair Station Manual and customer's Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program ( CAMP ).Accomplish final buy-back of maintenance performed.Accomplish in-progress inspections including clearance-to-close, torque verifications, dimensional checks, rigs, etc.As authorized by ATS and airlines, perform return-to-service and airworthiness releases on serviceable tags, aircraft logbooks, and FAA form 337.Perform audit of ATS facilities for FAR and safety regulation compliance.Other duties may be assigned.Requirements:F.A.A. Airframe and Power plant License required.Three years heavy aircraft maintenance experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience as determined by Manager's discretion.NDI and previous QC experience highly desirable.Prior supervisory experience is highly desirable.
