Full Time Distribution Sales Manager position immediately available. This is a management position within a small company with significant stability and growth potential. Day to day management of a small sales team with individual and pooled growth bonus. Exciting field represents our technical and laboratory products to distributors and end users. Excellent communication, self-motivation and organization skills necessary. Scientific or technical education is preferred. Experience in B2B sales and management of a distribution channel required. We are a fast-growing, well-established manufacturer of laboratory filtration products manufacturing the LabExact line of products. We supply consumables to the science, diagnostics and research markets. Sales Management responsibilities include:1. Growth and expansion of new and existing distributor relationships through sales.a. Day to day management of a small sales team.b. Find new sales opportunities to cultivate sales to increase revenue.c. Develop sales plan, targets and implement programs.d. Reinforce existing relationships by finding new contacts and opportunities within the organization who may not be familiar with the extent of our offering. e. Expand relationships by introducing and presenting our marketing and program materials with and without support staff to bolster account performance. f. Discover and develop opportunities to further relationships through sales training, vendor days, exhibits, webinars, sample kits, etc...g. Present programs to distributor sales force, product managers, web & catalog merchandising teams.h. Aid in the technical alignment projects to optimize positioning within distributor offerings.i. Development of cooperative marketing plans as well as uncovering promotional opportunities.j. Negotiate with customers and act as liaison between IWT management.k. Primary sales channel will be through distribution and resellers, but also include OEM accounts and large end users where applicable.Must be proficient in major office related software packages such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Base salary is $85,000 with rapid growth opportunities upon success. Exciting growth bonus paid over base salary and list of accounts to start, plus pooled growth bonus from managed sales team performance. Office location is Hawthorne, NJ and includes infrequent, but necessary travel to trade shows, conferences and customer visits. This is not a virtual, hybrid or work-from-home position.
