Come work with us!Director of Customer Success Job DescriptionThe Director of Customer Success works closely with our enterprise customers and internal product development staff to ensure that we deliver to client expectations and enable them to align strategic investments in EV infrastructure intelligently. They will be the strategic partner to our customers by building cross-organizational relationships, addressing technical issues, and interfacing with business analysts as well as executives. Leading with data and strategic interpretation of that data, they will grow accounts, manage renewals and ensure that ElectroTempo's value is understood as a business imperative by a wide range of internal stakeholders. Job Responsibilities â— Expand existing customer accounts and grow revenue by strategically identifying upsell opportunities, often in conjunction with managing renewal opportunities â— Educate and train clients on ElectroTempo's value proposition and products â— Strengthen client relationships through mutual trust and respect â— Work proactively with clients to identify use-cases and key requirementsâ— Collaborate with different internal departments, including the product development team to meet the needs of clients â— Develop and maintain customer profiles based on data and facts they collect through collaboration with them â— Maintain database of all client records and assist ElectroTempo management in setting up new client accounts, including contracting and invoicing processes â— Assist in the development of new ElectroTempo products by providing business requirements input, and oversee customer deployment of existing productsâ— Resolve customer concerns and improve internal business processes to minimize future customer issues â— Track new industry trends and ElectroTempo's product alignment with state-of-the-art software and our competitor's service offerings â— Focus on improving the overall client experience Our ideal Director of Customer Success will have: â— A bachelor's degree in a related field. MA or MBA preferredâ— 5-8 years of relevant experience in transportation, commercial real estate or energy fields â— Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, specifically in creating presentations and delivering them to clientsâ— Experience in inside sales, including expansion of existing customer accounts and building network of client referralsâ— Experience in managing a customer-facing role, preferably in the software industryâ— The ability to work with large quantities of data, including creating and managing data sets, and developing analytics around key metrics â— Effective listening skills, with the ability to develop business requirements from conversations with customers and ElectroTempo team membersâ— A collaborative mindset, and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders â— An understanding of industry trends and key customer profile behaviors â— A desire to join a rapidly growing, VC backed company about to take off - and with that grit, tenacity, a sense of humor and the ability to work hard, have fun and pivot with ease Benefits and Compensation:This position is a full-time position that includes full benefits, four weeks paid vacation, equity, and a competitive base salary.
