System 4 Charleston is seeking a Full time Territory Manager to join our operation. You must reside in South Carolina!Territory Managers are field based outside sales executives that are responsible for building relationships and making sales with business clients in a specific geographic area. They are responsible for walking into prospective clients(prospecting), phone prospecting, generating own leads, running face 2 face meetings, following up via emailphone call to schedule sales meetings, creating and delivering proposalsbids, and meeting with their existing clients to identify upsell opportunities.Our business focuses mainly on janitorial services, but we also offer repair and maintenance, floor care, and outdoor porter services to our customers. The ideal candidate would be someone who enjoys building and maintaining relationships with new and current clients, enjoys traveling across the assigned territories to identify new business opportunities, and enjoys solving issues to satisfy customer needs.
