We are looking for a proactive and strategic Partnership Success Manager to cultivate and expand our network of industry partnerships. This role is pivotal in driving mutual growth and innovation by forging robust relationships with other companies in the software sector.Key Responsibilities:Identify and evaluate potential partners that align with our company's strategic goals.Develop and nurture long-term partnerships, ensuring they are mutually beneficial.Negotiate partnership agreements, including terms, deliverables, and timelines.Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and new partners, managing communication and expectations.Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to maximize partnership benefits.Track the performance of partnerships, using metrics to assess success and identify areas for improvement.Plan and execute joint marketing initiatives, product integrations, or co-development projects.Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our partnership network.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven track record of successfully managing partnerships or strategic alliances.Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Strategic thinker with the ability to see the "big picture" while managing details.
